```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart or guest preferences
- Manage waitlist and estimate wait times for guests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries effectively
