Maintenance Tech / Crew Member
• Be willing to learn proper landscaping methods and procedures
• Work with teammates in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly condition at the
properties.
• Recognize safety procedures and quality highlights.
• Training on job site can be provided.

o Clean up Weeds, plants, spread mulch
o Blow leaves
o Digging
o Mowing
o Pruning
o Raking
Must be able to lift to 60 lbs.
Requirements
• Use PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment safely.
• Edge turf on curbs and walkways
• Blow leaves and lawn clippings.
• Be willing to learn and be an active listener and participate in safety meetings.
• Be a reliable employee, be on time.
• Be a good team player.
• Be detailed oriented while on property.
• Have great communication skills.
• Must be able to handle the physicality of landscape work, be prepared for weather conditions,
heavy lifting (60 lbs.), extensive walking.
• Represent the company brand professionally.
The main objective as a crew member is to support the foreman as he/ she tries to produce the
quality of work. It is imperative that great care is taken to ensure the safety of every team
member.
Support one another, share ideas showing respect for one another. Help maintain the machinery. Our
working schedule is Monday thru Friday, work starts at 6:30am. Each crew has its own schedule per
week, some days you will work more hours than others. Working hours will vary depending on the
crew’s schedule and the season of the year.
Overtime is a possibility.
