Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Recruiter. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. Responsibilities: - Conduct talent management activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Utilize various research methods to identify potential candidates - Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Workday) - Conduct cold calling and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline - Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process - Assist with social media management for recruitment purposes - Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates in a timely manner - Support other HR functions as needed Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms (Workday, ADP) - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
