What are we looking for?
We're looking for a full-time or part-time Sales Representative & Roof Inspector who likes outdoor work, is self driven and feels passionate about sales.
No previous experience is required, if you're willing to put in the work, we'll train you and help you to become one of the best!
What you’ll be required to do:
- Generate and follow up sales leads
- You will inspect roofs and properties to determine whether they have enough storm or hail damage to be eligible for a repair or replacement through the homeowner's Home Insurance.
- You will assist the homeowners with their insurance claims for property damage, and meet Insurance Adjusters.
- You will close the deal and earn a very nice commission if the property qualifies for Insurance Restoration.
- Willingness to knock doors and create business opportunities from a first contact.

- You are a self-motivated and energetic person.
- You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed
- You have a strong focus on Customer Service and empathy.
- You have a reliable vehicle and like to travel
- You are physically fit to carry and climb on a ladder and perform roof inspections.
- You have experience in Sales or Construction
