Cozen O’Connor is looking for an associate with at least two years of transactional experience to join our growing Real Estate group in Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have an interest in joining a team consisting of nine transactional and four zoning / land use attorneys who practice in a fun, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is desired but not required. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required. Candidates should be admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the D.C. bar.
