The Philadelphia office is seeking a part-time Document Specialist to work part-time in office on Friday, and remote Saturday and Sunday. Work hours would be Friday 9-5 ET; Saturday 9-5 ET and Sunday 8-4 ET.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
o Converting PDFs to Word
o Reduce file size
o Using the editing tool in PDFs
o Typewriter tool to change/add text
o Inserting signature
o Create JPEGS/images to PDF
o Bates labeling
o OCR Text Searchable
o How to create a PDF Portfolio for bulk bates labeling documents
