Coyote Creek Outdoors is the premier design team helping our clients bring luxury living outdoors. From stunning design to construction to ongoing customer care, we provide white glove service through the entire process of creating our client’s masterpiece. Coyote Creek Outdoors is proud to serve Middle Tennessee and the Greater Nashville area with superior quality pools, hardscapes, landscapes, water management systems, irrigation, and lighting packages.

CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Proactive in learning and growth personally, professionally, and financially

2. Sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied projects and customers

3. Relationship and rapport building through inbound/outbound calling with a focus on achieving the engagement and commitment of others

4. Pre-screening customers based on motivation level, sense of urgency and other lead selling indicators.

5. Quick decision making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers.

6. Run appointments for Pool, Landscapes, and hardscape Needs.

7. Transparent communication with sales team and clients

8. Ownership in process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM.

9. Results oriented mindset with attention to detail

10. Challenge the status quo for companies’ growth towards excellence

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

· Inbound/outbound call center and/or sales experience preferred

· Pool/Hardscape/Landscape experience preferred but not necessary

· Looking for individuals with drive

· Great communication skills and attention to detail

· Experience and proficiency in working with a CRM platform (we use Pipedrive) along with the ability to quickly learn new software/technology as needed

· MUST be able to take massive action
