Position Details
Position Summary
Financial Services Representatives are the primary lead generators for Covenant Trust, proactively driving new business growth for the company. The FSR’s new business development activities will include, but are not limited to, developing new and deepening existing relationships with residents of Covenant Living Communities, Evangelical Covenant Church entities and ministries, philanthropic organizations and boards, and prospective clients within personal or professional network. Through a process of a client’s financial needs analysis, the FSR demonstrates the value of becoming a Covenant Trust client. The FSR is responsible for new business development and management of their book of clients.
