We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

```Requirements:```

- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with Marriott Fosse hospitality management system is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
