Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as an intermediary between management and employees, resolving employee relations issues, and providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Participate in the recruitment process, assisting in identifying and nurturing key talents.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance team skills.
- Performance Management: Contribute to establishing performance evaluation standards, ensuring alignment of employee goals with company objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in human resources management.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to support HR decisions, such as conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing turnover rates.
- Organizational Development: Participate in optimizing organizational structure and managing change.
- Comprehensive Policy Implementation: Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese Mandarin. Required to collaborate and communicate with the Chinese HR team to implement company culture and policies comprehensively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in HR or related field with 5-10 years of relevant experience partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis; animation background a plus
