We are looking for energetic, personable people to work in our busy dealership to help us purchase high quality vehicles for our inventory. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist role is to acquire additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles. If a customer decides they would like to upgrade their current vehicle instead of selling outright, you will help them through the sales process.

- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Respond to customers who are interested in potentially selling their vehicle or wanting to trade
- Assist by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Set appointments so customers can bring in their vehicle for inspection and/or appraisal
- Perform careful inspections of customer's vehicles.
- Run various reports including CarFax
- Present offers to purchase and learn to overcome objections
- Follow-up with sellers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Speak with customers in the service drive
- Use various software to engage with customers and obtain your own leads through other online platforms such as Autotrader, cars.com, and OfferUp to name a few.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
