Position Title: Customer Service Representative – Level 1, Admissions
Position Characteristics: Non-seasonal, part-time, no benefits.
Weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays.

Position Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Positions Directly Supervised: None
Position Purpose:
Responsible for performing a variety of cashiering and public relations duties including selling admission tickets and providing information about Center programs and activities. Operate the cash register and balance the cash drawer. Complete related clerical duties and other duties as assigned. Ensure the memberships are valid and maintain positive public relations with patrons. Monitors public usage of lobby/stairs. Communicates with management to assist in facility control.
Nature and Scope:
This position requires strong communications and public relations abilities. Good math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others are required for the successful execution of this position.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Assume responsibility for efficiently performing customer service duties.
Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of all Customer Service related clerical duties.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining good public relations with patrons.
Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations with are personnel and with management.
Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned.
