We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is friendly and outgoing with a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate is an efficient worker with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. The position requires a strong attention to detail as well as good time management skills. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting with Doctor
• Taking digital x-rays
• Cleaning/ setting up treatment rooms
• Sterilizing instruments
• Working with patients
• Stocking operatory rooms

Skills needed:

• Attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• Well organized
• Communication and people skills
• Time management skills
• Answer questions and explain treatment plans to patient

Day in the life:

• Start morning huddle at 7:40 am (Monday-Thursday) to go over schedule and patient's that are being seen.
• You will assist the Doctor you are assigned to be with for that day. You will be in charge of your own column.
• Everyone helps close down the office and we are usually out the door before 5:30 pm (Monday-Thursday)
• On Fridays, we work 9-1 with only one column.
