Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and talented Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of dental assisting experience and possess a passion for working with patients. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming models
• Oral Surgery, Implants & Root Canals

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of dental assisting experience
• Dentrix Software knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Growth-minded individual
• Enjoyment in working with patients
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
