We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our Corto Lima team as a bartender. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and customer service, able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations and answer questions
• Take food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Monitor guests to ensure they have everything they need
• Handle payment transactions and process orders through the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
