We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a long-term care enviroment. You will work with the Administrator to support office functions across various departments. You will be cross trained in many departments and functions. Some expierence in an office setting would be helpful, ordering, handling the front desk, using basic computer programs interacting with staff residents and familes. This is a full time position with some weekend hours on a rotating schedule.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years work expierence preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Basic Labor Laws and HR fundamentals would be helpful. You will be trained on our payroll system.
• Some expierence with ordering supplies would be helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach and influence others.
• Ability to interact positively, effectively and appropriately with all levels of management/staff and across company lines and conduct presentations to diversified audiences.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to handle stressful situations as they arise with a positive attitude.
