Cortina Solutions is seeking a professional Data Management Specialist to provide support within a Government Project Office (PO) supporting multiple projects. This position must possess the skills to receive, prepare, and process the Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and deliverables using the PO Management Information Systems (MIS). The candidate will maintain a record of all approval and disapproval of each CDRL or deliverable submitted to PO by the contractor. The Data Management Specialist will coordinate all approval and disapproval through the appropriate functional authority to ensure the PO response to all deliverables are completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

Job Duties:

• Prepare Configuration and Data Management requirements for SOW or PWS for all lifecycle phases of a product.
• Prepare CDRLs DD Form 1423 in accordance with the Data Item Description.
• Support other functional discipline CDRL preparation, coordination, and consolidation.
• Prepare Contract Requirements Package Document Summary Lists (DSL) for contract packages.
• Prepare and transmit approved drawings, parts list, and other documents to the Engineering Data Information Server (EDIS) repository.
• Brief status of CDRLs and deliverables during Integrated Production Team (IPT) meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Must be a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
