Job Description
Human Resources Assistant
Duties
? Support the Rauland HR team with HR audits and records keeping maintenance.
? Provide ad-hoc support for special projects.
? Support the local HR Managers on Admin-related projects.
? Support HR team on internal or external recruiting needs.
? Electronic File Clean Up, scanning, and filing.
? HRIS data entry
? Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all company-related sensitive information.
Knowledge, Skills Abilities
? HS diploma or equivalent (working towards a college degree or graduate preferred)
? 1 year in HR (assistant, coordinator, or generalist role)
? Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
