DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotes and enter new jobs as requested by Sales department.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Perform general administrative duties: filing, sorting mail, preparing customer forms, etc.
- Process mailing lists and postal reports and assure accuracy.
- Assist Sales department as requested.
- Process UPS/postal shipments.
- Prepare orders for customers as requested.
- Assist with in-house customer inventory and updates.
- Assist walk in customers with faxing, copies, UPS service, job applications, etc.
- Maintain clean and orderly office area.
- Other tasks assigned as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- 1-3 years related experienced preferred.
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required. Must be comfortable using a computer.
