What Do You Bring?
· Must live in the Mansfield, OH area and willing to work onsite at our facility
· 18 years of age or older
· High School Diploma or GED
· Experience interacting with customers/clients
· Strong Communications skills verbally and written
· Empathy and Active Listening Skills – this will be key in building genuine connections with your customers and co-workers!
Typical Day for a Brand Champion
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, equipment, features, activation, and/or changes to account information
· Troubleshoot customer's wireless network, devices, and other mobility services
· Utilize and navigate through multiple computer tools and systems at once in responding to customer issues
· Submit network cases as needed to resolve network service problems
· Promote and sell products and services based on the needs of customers
· Handle customer service problems related to product function or the replacement of defective parts
· Complete account notation for each transaction
· Address and resolve customer concerns to achieve first contact resolution
· Follows escalation procedures as needed
