Provides the utmost in service to the Members in dining establishment by performing the following duties:

• Set up all tables for upcoming service shifts
• Greet Members as they arrive at the Club "Learn their names"
• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food & beverage service. Write orders.
• Turn in orders on 'Point of Sale' system to kitchen and serve courses to Membership.
• Observes Members to respond to any additional requests and determines when meal has been completed.
• Be able to present and serve wine by the bottle.
• Assists bus staff in maintaining the downstairs kitchen and storage areas, clean and organized.
• Ability to multitask
• Pre bus & clear tables at conclusion of each course/offer coffee & dessert
• Thank Membership and their guest(s) as they depart from the Club

Education/Experience: Experience in fine dining service is beneficial, working in food service establishments

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: T.A.B.C. card and food handlers permit
