```Duties```

• Greet customers
• Answer phone calls
• Take To Go orders
• Sell retail merchandise
• Wait tables in store area with a focus on GREAT service
• Make change for customers and Servers
• Responsible for cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Upsell food and beverage items- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

```Qualifications```

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change

- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

- Knowledge of POS systems, cash registers

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures

- Sales skills to upsell food and beverage items

- Excellent time management skills
