Corporate Partnerships is Hiring a Service Team Coordinator Near Eugene, OR

A successful Service Team Coordinator (STC) will be able to learn/demonstrate how to ensure quality service delivery as well as compliance with State regulations and agency policies. Additionally, a STC will be able to lead through team development, open communication and also promote and challenge learning initiatives for those supervised and the people we support. This includes promoting a positive team attitude and being able to effectively respond to unexpected changes or demands. 

Compensation and Benefits:
Annualized salary of $48,000. Salary payments are made bi-weekly ($1,846.15) every other Friday (approx $4,000/month).
Retirement, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.

Position Requirements:

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience Requirements: Two years of supervisory experience required. May substitute one year in the field of I/DD or Associate’s degree for one year of supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record (min of 6 months driving experience).
  • Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Pass a State/Federal criminal history check (fingerprints may be required).
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening for illegal substances in Oregon.
  • Be able to be certified and maintain an acceptable level of certification in Oregon Intervention System (OIS).
  • Be able to be certified and maintain certification in CPR/First aid.
  • Pass a pre-employment computer skills assessment.
  • Attend a two week in-person paid orientation.
  • Participate in learning and mentoring to learn the role of an STC through both classroom and hands-on experience.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Responsible for training, motivating, and supervising all personnel within their team.
  • Be able to work a very flexible schedule with the ability to make last minute changes.
  • Team building including team days and facilitating effective team meetings.
  • Establish welcoming processes for new team members to feel comfortable and part of the whole team.
  • Understand and implement principles of the Oregon Intervention System (including use of Protective Physical Intervention).
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for the assigned area. On a regular rotation, this position is on-call for the assigned area for 7 consecutive days. The on-call schedule is generally posted 8 or more weeks in advance.

Service Coordinator (House Manager) Responsibilities:

  • Provide an opportunity for a stable living environment by promoting and attending to the person’s right to respect and dignity, individual choice and input, and health and safety needs at all times.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and ensure quality services and support for the people living in the home they lead (e.g., financial, health, behavioral, and relationship supports).
  • Responsible for daily operations and scheduling assuring at a minimum that there is enough staff present to assure people served are safe.
  • Individual Support Plan (ISP) preparation, training, and support.
  • Providing or assisting with transportation needs of people assigned to support.
  • Being knowledgeable and able to cover the Direct Support Professional positions that you are supervising.
