Position Summary:
Food Service Area Managers work with an assigned group of stores to ensure company policies and procedures are followed and standards are met. This role hires, trains, supervises and provides guidance to Restaurant Managers while also supporting management staff by assisting with hiring, training, performance management, disciplinary actions, and general managerial duties. The Food Service Area Manager also performs various store audits and completes action plans with management as needed. While training management or in the absence of Restaurant Managers, Food Service Area Managers will help in maintaining proper store operations. This role requires travel up to 95% of the time.
