Job Summary:
We're in search of an adept and seasoned Production Supervisor to complement our team. As the Production Supervisor, you'll be entrusted with overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure production targets are achieved. Your responsibilities will span supervising a team of production personnel, monitoring production schedules, and upholding quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of production personnel effectively
- Monitor production schedules diligently to meet deadlines
- Implement and reinforce safety protocols and procedures rigorously
- Facilitate training sessions for new employees on production processes and equipment operation
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold product quality and promptly address any issues or defects

Qualifications:

- Proficient knowledge of CNC machining, materials handling, and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Ability to interpret blueprints and utilize precision measuring instruments effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Basic mathematical proficiency for calculating production metrics
