DAY-TO-DAY

This dispatch position works a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Service Rep - Plumbing Dispatcher, you are responsible for keeping our company running smoothly by maintaining our schedule of service and installation appointments. Your main tasks include scheduling installations, dispatching technicians, and conversing with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have. When talking to customers, you identify their needs and assist them in the best way possible. Using our software systems, you manage customer records and files as well as ensure everything stays organized for easy access. You also make sure that customers are always aware of appointment dates and technician availability.

In addition, you maintain clear and concise communication with department managers and other employees. Whenever conflict arises, you deal with it in a prompt and efficient manner by brainstorming resolutions. You are a strong asset to your team, and our technicians always know where to go because of your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - PLUMBING DISPATCHER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Google systems, and related software
• Ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
• Ability to communicate call status to other employees and managers
• Excellent customer service skills

Experience in dispatching or customer service is preferred. Knowledge about plumbing and excavation terminology would be a plus but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
