The Position:
CORE: seeks passionate partners. We are currently seeking a personable individual with an eye for detail, to join our Front of House Team as a Back Server.
Position Requirements:
- Happy to go above and beyond, to do more than expected, in a thoughtful way, so our members know you are focused on providing extraordinary hospitality.
- A passion for creating transformative food & beverage experiences for our members and guests.
- Delivering food to members and guests quickly and efficiently
- Answer any questions about the menu, specific food items, or any other inquiries a member or guest may have.
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
- Procure all tangible items necessary for service in a timely matter.
- Consistently executes proper steps of service.
- Possess outstanding food & beverage knowledge
- Available to work nights, holidays and weekends, if necessary.
- Must be able to stand and or walk for long periods of time without sitting.
- 2 Year of fine dining experience
- Highly motivated, focused and passionate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism and team work; great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous
