We are looking to hire hard-working and efficient support staff to assist servers and bartenders. The support Staff's responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring that server stations are well-organized, removing dirty glassware, washing glassware, running food from kitchen to tables, removing restaurant trash, and attending staff meetings and training as needed. You should also be able to respond to guests requests in a timely manner.

To be successful as a busser/runner, you should be knowledgeable about proper food handling procedures and have excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, exceptional support staff should be able to communicate effectively with both wait staff and guests as well as demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.

Late nights required. And long hours on your feet.

Floor Staff Responsibilities:

• Removing dirty tableware from dining tables and taking it to the kitchen to be washed.
• Serving water to guests as soon as they arrive
• Must keep up with glassware.
• Assisting the wait staff in delivering meal items to guests as needed.
• Performing clean-up duties, which include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors as well as polishing counters and fixtures.
• Notifying the manager of low or depleted restaurant supplies.
