Core One is seeking a Program Manager. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. This position is contingent upon contract award. 

The Program Manager will manage and retail full responsibility for the performance of assigned work to include cost, schedule, performance, and quality. The Program Manager will function as a primary POC for the Sponsor for all activities under the contract

Requirements:

• 10 year of prior PM experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that includes Financial or Management disciplines
• Possess experience managing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and sponsor goals
• Demonstrated experience developing evaluation methods to proactively assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement
• Demonstrated experience ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance
• Demonstrated experience staffing, managing, and retaining a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to organizations with dynamic strategic directions
• Demonstrated experience in requirements management
