- General duties consist of posting monthly accruals, preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Responsible for summarizing current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other reports
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents, reconciling financial discrepancies and preparing special financial reports by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare Monthly Financial reporting
- Handle all Account Reconciliations, including Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare Escrow Analysis
- Record general ledger journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Special projects as assigned
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience is required
- Proficient in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and reporting
- 3 years of previous operational accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multitask efficiently and independently
- This position also requires Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, and must be Self-motivated
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems
