Responsibilities:

  • This position involves chart of account reconciliations, oversight of financial reporting, and monthly budgeting comparative analysis.
  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analyzing budgets.
  • General ledger account reconciliations, verify the accuracy of data.
  • Report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel.
  • Support timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts.
  • Assist with quarterly payroll reports and annual 1099’s.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years of Accounting experience
  • QuickBooks Desktop & Online experience preferred.
