- Actively participate in the timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual closing processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the quarterly reporting process by preparing financial statements and related schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for reporting.
- SOX Program Compliance:
- Contribute to the success of the SOX Program by actively participating in compliance efforts.
- Assist in the documentation and testing of internal controls.
- Analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
- Maintain well-documented and organized records of financial transactions.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
