Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary on financial performance.

General Ledger Management:

• Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Conduct reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.

NetSuite Expertise:

• Utilize NetSuite software for efficient financial management.
• Leverage NetSuite functionalities to streamline accounting processes.

Audit Support:

• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Implement best practices to optimize accounting workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite software is preferred.
