Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Associate at CopyTec South Jordan, where you'll be the face of our store, assisting customers with copying and printing needs. You'll play a key role in providing exceptional service and handling a range of tasks from helping with standard prints and copies to larger format prints for our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Operate copying and printing equipment, including standard and large format printers.
• Guide customers in choosing the best printing options for their needs.
• Manage commercial printing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle register operations and process transactions.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet store objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of printing and copying equipment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
