Store ManagerJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our copy and print center at CopyTec South Jordan. As the driving force behind our store, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers. Day to day operations will include Printing, Binding, lamination and Job processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and schedule a team of associates, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on store performance, using data to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a print/copy center environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and store management software.
- Knowledgeable about printing and technology and services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
