JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTING TO: Customer Service Manager
JOB PURPOSE: We are a professional, local, family-owned and operated business that prides ourselves on delivering friendly and courteous customer service as well as highly trained and talented team, and we require an Customer Service Representative with professional experience in driving the achievement of annual sales goals. You will be responsible for driving all estimating and control systems using the company’s in-house estimating systems and other software. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will have the responsibility of providing procedural support to other functional areas of the organization.
