As a Guide at the Copley Square Hotel in Boston, MA, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include managing reservations, checking in and out guests, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, handling payments, and addressing any guest complaints or concerns. We're looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and superior interpersonal and customer service skills. Familiarity with the local area and common computer software programs is a plus. This position requires a willingness to work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
