We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. A passion for the aesthetics industry is a huge plus!

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet patients and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist patients with appointments, changes, and cancellations
- Other duties as may be assigned

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

```Hours:```

-We are looking for availability on Mondays from 9:00 - 5:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 - 3:00. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone local. Aside from competitive pay, we offer free medical aesthetic services (Botox, filler, skincare services) after 90 days with the practice.
