Dispatcher - Fayetteville, NC
Copiers Plus is seeking an individual to join our team that can excel in customer relations to support our ever-growing customer base.
A delivery / dispatch scheduler is responsible for coordinating the schedule of service appointments, equipment delivery, tracking technician's locations and status, also relaying information back and forth between technicians, customers and sales in a fast-paced environment.
The duties include scheduling delivery truck drivers, relaying shipment details as arranged with customers, and setting up driver routes to appropriate locations according to sales orders request, customer request and immediate needs.
To accomplish this the scheduler must build trust and develop relationships with drivers, customers and sales teams. This position requires excellent communication skills, poise and understanding to collaborate with others under any type of conditions.
Strong skills with Microsoft and related software's, telephones, preparing work orders, keeping and organizing work request, customer request, completed work request, charges for work performed, inventory records and other information.
Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories, Team player a must.

In the early years, Copiers Plus had one location and was operating on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville. With a small staff, everyone had multiple roles and it was not uncommon to see a salesperson delivering machines in a station wagon.
Though the responsibilities were great, attention to detail and the passion to engage with customers planted the expectation seed of superior service.
The team realized something that quickly became a founding principle Care deeply for your clients and work hard to bring them the service they deserve.
