Based in our Cudahy, WI location, the Human Resources Generalist II will provide leadership, direction and support across the production workforce to ensure human resources policies and practices for the business are thoroughly and consistently applied. This includes coaching and counseling team members on company policies and practices, conducting investigations of employee concerns and ethics issues, recruiting for entry level, technical, and skilled trades job openings, and maintaining the Human Resources information system.

The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.
