COPE COMMUNITY SERVICES INC is Hiring a Human resource specialist Near Tucson, AZ

Job Details

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join the team! Under general supervision, the HR Specialist is responsible for posting positions, reviewing and sourcing applicants, setting up interviews, verifying applicant credentials and setting up start dates.

The successful applicant must be flexible to meet the fast-paced demands of the position, enjoy tabling at job fairs and committed to finding the best talent for our organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED plus three (3) years of experience* working in Human Resources including experience working with a web-based payroll system (preferably Paycom).
  • Associate’s degree in a related field plus one (1) year of experience* working in Human Resources including experience working with a web-based payroll system (preferably Paycom).
  • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of certification, education, and experience (including work experience at COPE) sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
