Convera is looking for a customer obsessed Product Manager to help us shape the future of global money movements. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work backwards from the customer to develop the product vision and execute against it by developing a robust product roadmap. You will evangelize the product vision across the organization and work cross-functionally to bring it to life with high-quality products that customers love. This PM will focus on the customer onboarding experience for Convera to ensure a delightful, low-friction customer set-up experience on the Convera platform.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze customer needs/pain-points using a variety of sources
-Develop customer focused product strategy supported by internal and external analysis
-Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
-Manage prioritization and trade-offs among roadmap features
-Work closely with Engineering and Design stakeholders to ship products on schedule
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across a variety of functions to develop a robust plan to bring the product to customers
-Use data and anecdote to iteratively improve the product
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher
-7 years of professional experience with 3 years of software product management experience
-Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-5 years experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
-5 years experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to quickly analyze data and use metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, present conclusions with actionable steps, and measure final outcomes.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA or Master's degree
