REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of 50 WPM along with high-level computer skills
• 3 years of call center experience with high call volume
• 3 years of customer service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• 1 year of inside sales experience
• QA/KPI scores of 90% or higher
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in complex work environments
• Managerial experience
