Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fractional Head of Finance | Chief Financial Officer to steer the company through a period of transition by developing and executing robust financial strategies and modeling to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our esteemed members. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fiscal Leadership: Support the CRO to lead all fiscal activities including strategy, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and reporting.
• Accounting: Supervise accounting functions such as accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and accrual accounting
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate all club and executive level team to understand financial processes, analysis and systems to ensure efficient, profitable and scalable operational decision-making
• Budgeting and Cost Controls: Developing and managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and cash-flow, financial performance, financial risk management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Compliance: In accordance with state, federal and city regulations ensure compliance for all cash and tax collection.

• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team
- Expertise in financial services, risk management, and financial acumen
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of profit loss statements and budgeting processes
