Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist-

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team in the malt-based beverage (beer, hard seltzer, cider, etc.) industry. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media tactics that elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a love for interesting beverages, and a knack for storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media programs to increase brand awareness, grow our online community, and drive customer engagement across all relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Create compelling content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, that showcase our brands, events, and culture.

- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to join relevant discussions and interact with our audience in a timely and authentic manner.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive increase engagement, gain followers, and drive traffic to our website.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of our corporate communications efforts with business objectives and messaging.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact.

- Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and new features on social media platforms, and identify opportunities to innovate and experiment with new content formats and strategies.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring to achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or specifically in the beer industry.

- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong understanding of how to tailor content for each platform and audience.

- Excellent writing, editing, verbal and communication skills, with a creative flair and ability to craft engaging and authentic brand narratives.

- Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in photography, videography, and graphic design.

- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.

- Enthusiasm for adult beverages and a solid understanding of consumer culture, trends, and terminology.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

-Knowledge of A/B testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Constant Contact etc.

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

- Certification in social media marketing or related field is a plus.
