Role/Title: Ad Ops/Digital Media Specialist
Location: Philadelphia Area - REMOTE with monthly local meeting

Clutch is looking for an Ad Ops/Digital Media Specialist with agency experience for a client of ours. This person will be responsible for hand on keyboard, trafficking ads, strategy, Google Ads, Meta Ads, trending, forecasting, reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage and oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Partner with vendors and clients to ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Optimization of ad servers to maximize campaign performance.
  • Create Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to identify new trends and insights.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of proven experience in digital ad operations, working directly with agencies and clients.
  • Proficient in using an ad server, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with advertising data aggregation platforms, setting up dashboards and delivering actionable reports for clients.
  • Knowledge of programmatic DSP, specifically when using PMP deals and highly targeted audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Additional Experience:
  • Familiarity with Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platforms (DMP), email marketing, and/or CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
