Location : Hybrid – 3 days on-site in Center City, Philadelphia (PA) – Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday on-site, Monday and Friday REMOTE

Overview :
Our client, a major healthcare/insurance company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their PMO team. They are looking for strong experience in communicating with an executive-level audience. The best candidate will be outgoing, confident, and have excellent communication skills as they will work with all audience levels. Adaptability and multitasking are critical for the success of this role. Must have the ability to work well under general supervision and work well independently. Must be detail-oriented, analytical, skilled in problem-solving, and knowledgeable of insurance concepts and rating techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of business analysis methods and best practices.
Required skills:

· 2-3 years of experience writing requirements under a Waterfall Methodology

· Healthcare experience is a huge plus!

· Primary responsibility will be for the analysis, understanding, and documenting of business requirements.

· Understand and utilize best practices in documenting and maintaining business process artifacts.

· Support business SMEs and technical staff in the resolution of technical and data issues.

· Assist in testing to ensure business requirements are met and software is implemented in a defect-free manner.

· Ability to document accurate business requirements and business process flows.

· Basic SQL skills.

· Ability to perform root cause analysis on data and systems issues.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Access, and Excel).
