Role: Product Owner/Business Analyst

Location: 1901 Market St Philadelphia, PA 19103 ( 3 days in office)

Type: W2 contract

Candidate should be from PA, NJ, or DE

Skills and qualifications:

• Work experience supporting and configuring Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or similar billing systems.
• Preferably development experience with Java based programming. Groovy script preferred.
• Ability to parse through many details to get to the root cause of complex challenges.
• Ability to prioritize effectively especially for BAU tasks which are time sensitive.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including technical staff, ETL developers, operations, and billing.
• Team spirit and good communication abilities .
• Good organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of product development architecture including ETL processes.
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Understanding of design quality standards.
• Creativity and adaptability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders including billing, finance, and client implementation to understand both short term and long-term goals.
• Document functionality, including complex logic for healthcare billing. Curate documentation for consumption by various stakeholders including ORMB users, member and client support, development, QA, and management.
