Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering the phone and transferring to correct extension, accepting office deliveries, ordering office supplies, job set up, typing proposals, preliminary notices, submittals, mail, reports and other miscellaneous items in Excel, Word and Adobe.
Prior construction experience is preferred but not required.
