POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in assessing how the organization and projects are performing and will support in improving system functions and processes. The Senor Business Analyst at Basecamp Consulting and Solutions will use data to provide recommendations on how to work more efficiently and develop potential solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with all stakeholders, understand technical requirements, and implement steps for functional change.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in constructing problem frameworks, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests and analyses, develop solutions, assessing operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts, and creating monitoring plans.
- Collaborate with all business units to acquire a profound understanding of client and business procedures, processes, services, roadmap, and the context within which they function.
- Analyze business challenges and opportunities for enhancement through recognized methodologies for analysis to develop effective solutions.
- Present targeted insights to inform the development of new processes and procedures for the organization, as well as recommending technology and concepts designed to deliver solutions to all our clients.
- Leverage strategic and analytical skills to address significant company challenges. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to formulate and test strategies.
- Develop gap analysis and support in implementation of new solutions to address gap areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is required. Masters or advanced degree is an asset
- More than 5 years of professional experience in a business analyst role, capturing requirements related to internal/external customers needs, user acceptance testing, and mapping current business process
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills
- Effective communication skills and results-oriented
- Excellent planning skills in both tactical and strategic planning
- The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential
- Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
